BPO

BPO is a natural progression for AISoft from having been in software Development. AISoft has had a fairly fruitful venture into the BPO industry, focusing primarily on non-voice based activities in the past such as Form Processing, Data Capturing and Processing, Data Entry and Data Conversion. We have also handled ad-hoc voice-based BPO projects.

AISoft’s BPO Division follows strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures and Systems, and is managed by well experienced Quality personnel who are certified SIX-SIGMA Practitioners. We believe that our differentiated operating experience, process expertise and technical depth combined with rigorous process-driven execution and strong sense of values makes us the ideal vendor.
