Centre Head (App. 40-50 k pm)

– 5-6 years total working experience, with atleast 2 years of working experience in managing a Training Centre; preferably (but not limited to) IT training centre.

– Has strong experience in business development.

– Has strong liaison skills and ability to keep close ties with corporate clients.

– Has overseen marketing, organization and management of training as a business.

– Preferably an MBA; min Graduate with any specialization; fluent in english; well-mannered.

Responsibilities would include:

– Managing the total business of the Centre.

–Keeping all the corporate clients in good humour and relationship.

– Managing the day-to-day activities of the Training Centre.

– Coordinating the logistics of training sessions with Corporate Clients, Trainers and Students.

– Managing Marketing persons and coordinating their activities.

– Reporting to the Top Management on a daily/weekly basis (as required) on various issues.

– Well versed in OS concepts, especially Solaris (9/10) and/or Linux.

– Hands-on project/programming experience will be an added advantage.

– Good communicator and on the fly problem solver.
