Cargo Revenue Accounting System developed to handle the entire
accounting operations of both Domestic and International Cargo
Airlines. The system can be installed at any location, including
an offshore location. It allows and promotes communications
with all the offices of the airline and associated airlines
and agents, through dedicated lines to receive all the inputs
and transmit all the outputs. It is being designed to operate
with minimal manual intervention by using rules defined by
IATA and other bodies to take intelligent decisions regarding
distribution of income streams. It also creates audit trails
for all routes to facilitate error tracking and correction.
The system will handle Multiple Currencies.
The system will handle efficiently inter-airline accounting
and invoicing together with follow-up systems to ensure that
receivables are kept within specified limits. It creates standard
format letters when delays in receipts are encountered. The
system will also alert management when inordinate delays are
highlighted together with reasons and suggested actions as
designed in the MIS section of the System Design.
The System has been designed keeping in view State of the
Art Equipment and Software for Messaging. The system will
communicate with all the component members and modules, which
interact and link with the Accounting operations.
